A student must have a healthy lifestyle that includes exercise and fitness along with strong academic skills, in order to succeed in the many challenges confronted daily. We are committed to providing our student body various alternative exercise programs that promote healthy lifestyle choices. This will provide long-term health benefits that serve a valuable purpose in their physical development and well-being.
Students are exposed to various stimulating physical activities designed to fortify the body and the mind. All students are expected to participate in daily calisthenics workouts, along with optional alternative exercise programs that include martial arts training, yoga conditioning type exercises, aerobics, circuit training, endurance training, body strengthening, and other kinetic chain exercise programs.
Our athletic program is continually expanding and changing to provide several options that will strengthen our student's physical conditioning and healthy needs.
